Thank you! 🌟 CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY 🌟 ⏰ 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED! I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give me at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps me manage my schedule and offer that time to other clients who need it. 💖 RESCHEDULE INSTEAD OF CANCELING! I would encourage you to reschedule your appointment rather than cancel. Life’s busy, and I want to make sure you don’t miss out on your hair goals! If something comes up, call or text me to find a new time that works. 💸 LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee. This helps us protect my time and continue offering the best service to all of my clients. ❌ After 2 cancelations, a $20 non-refundable deposit will be added before being able to schedule your next appointment. Opportunity for Correction: If you are not completely satisfied with your service, I am happy to offer an opportunity to correct the issue. Please contact me within 2 days of your appointment, and I will work with you to make adjustments at no additional charge. After 2 days, corrections will be at the discretion of myself and may incur additional charges. 🗣️Communication is Key: I ask that you provide feedback within the first 24 hours if something doesn’t feel right. Cancellation Policy
For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 30% of the service total.
“No-show” appointments will be charged 100%.
